A Message from Our Founder, Luis Rivera
First Star Solutions was founded on my principle that serving restaurant quality food while training and nurturing the talent to deliver exceptional service is ultimately what enhances the guest experience, earns their loyalty, and drives your business forward.
I’m proud to share that my career in hospitality began more than twenty years ago with Levy Restaurants back in 1998, where I very quickly rose up the ranks. Across many stadiums, arenas, and convention centers, I’ve held positions from supervisor, concessions manager, assistant general manager, to the general manager during my time with them. Later, I managed entire buildings, lead operations and global marketing of one of the largest convention centers in the world (Las Vegas Convention Center), and was called upon to help manage the transition of Everbank Field, today known as TIAA Bank Field, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. With many other noteworthy experiences in between, I contribute my expertise and success to the many levels of practical experience I gained throughout my journey.
